The Calm Collective Retreat

Surrounded by the beauty and stillness of nature, this retreat invites women to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a supportive community where they can breathe, reflect, and simply be. Through meaningful connection, gentle mindfulness practices, time outdoors, and shared experiences, participants are encouraged to reconnect with themselves and with one another.

This Retreat is for women to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a supportive community where they can breathe, reflect, and simply be.

This year's retreat will be hosted in Hocking Hills, OH from October 16th - 18th, 2026

Your retreat experience is thoughtfully designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. 


During your stay, you'll enjoy:

  • Daily yoga sessions suitable for all experience levels
  • Guided meditation and mindfulness practices
  • Leisurely nature hikes and time to explore the surrounding landscape at your own pace
  • Nourishing, meals throughout the retreat

Friday | Arrival & Connection

5:00 PM – Arrival and check-in

Take time to settle into your accommodations, explore the property, and begin to unwind.

6:30 PM – Welcome Dinner

Enjoy a nourishing meal while getting to know the other women attending the retreat.

7:30 PM – Opening Fire Circle

Gather around the fire for intentional conversation, reflection, and connection with like-minded women. We'll set personal intentions for the weekend and embrace the peaceful surroundings as we begin our time together.


Saturday | Restore & Reconnect

7:30 AM – Morning Yoga

Start the day with a gentle yoga practice to awaken the body and calm the mind.

8:30 AM – Breakfast

Enjoy a wholesome breakfast together.

10:30 AM – Sound Healing Meditation

Experience a deeply restorative sound healing session designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and inner peace.

12:15 PM – Light Lunch

A fresh and nourishing lunch will be served.

1:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Free Time

This time is yours to enjoy however you choose. You may:

  • Explore the beauty of the surrounding nature
  • Hike nearby trails
  • Relax in the hot tub
  • Read a book
  • Journal
  • Connect with fellow participants
  • Simply rest and enjoy the peaceful environment

6:30 PM – Dinner

Gather once again for a delicious shared meal.

7:30 PM – Evening Fire Circle & Creative Activity

We'll close the day around the fire with meaningful conversation and a self-affirmation card-making activity, a creative reminder of your strengths, resilience, and the intentions you've cultivated throughout the retreat.


Sunday | Reflect & Renew

7:30 AM – Morning Yoga

Our final yoga practice offers an opportunity to reflect on the weekend and carry a sense of calm into the days ahead.

8:30 AM – Breakfast

Enjoy one last meal together before departing.

10:00 AM – Departure

Although the retreat officially concludes at 10:00 AM, participants are encouraged to continue their experience by exploring the beautiful hiking trails and natural scenery of Hocking Hills before heading home.
