I am passionate about helping clients navigate their journey, particularly in areas like anxiety treatment. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques into my mental health counseling sessions.
